We allow pets at most properties, subject to a one-time, non-refundable fee of $375, which is at our discretion, as well as a recurring monthly fee of $75. It is essential that all pets are pre-approved prior to move-in and undergo screening through FirstPlaceProperties.petscreening.com.

Will First Place Properties do our landscaping?

We are pleased to offer an optional landscaping maintenance service for single homes not connected to other units throughout the lease term. For an additional $75 per month, our team will ensure the summer landscaping is well-maintained, providing a seamless and convenient experience for our valued residents.

This offering allows our residents to avoid hefty fees typically associated with summer landscaping services, making it easier to manage their expenses. We believe this service will provide a high-quality living experience and added value to our residents who take advantage of it.

Is there a fee for parking at your properties?

All parking at our properties in downtown Lexington is monitored. To ensure a convenient parking experience, we require all tenants that wish to park in our lots to purchase a parking pass. The fee for this pass is $200 and includes the 12-month lease term.

We have implemented monitored parking to address the challenges of finding parking in downtown Lexington, where frequent events, concerts, and games can make parking availability scarce. Our goal is to provide a more efficient and stress-free parking experience for our tenants who pay rent and deserve priority.

Are we responsible for our utilities?

Please review your lease agreement before activating any utilities. Active listings on our website provide detailed information on the utilities that you, as a tenant, are responsible for paying.
